Jodie Molyneux, owner of Hart Fitness has been a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach for over 10 years offering a unique and holistic service that supports her clients and members to lead healthy and balanced lives. We offer a variety of fitness classes and services to improve and help you find a way to live that feels good and right. We love working with clients who share the common goal of bettering their mind, body, and soul. Quite simply, we want to help you improve your physical and mental fitness, your eating and drinking habits and thrive at life. Whether you want to train in person or on zoom, my approach to Personal Training is holistic. I will learn about you and your goals and together we will build an approach to training and food that is achievable, realistic and will become part of your life! Most importantly you will get pleasure from this new way of living.
LOVE OF FOOD
We love food! Not only is it essential to fuel ourselves to make sure our bodies work and function properly but eating the right foods makes you feel amazing! This is a space to enjoy the experience of eating and living well, sharing recipes and raising children who flourish and thrive from eating balanced food choices.
